Whether
you should use pop-ups or not on your web site, is
one of the most debated subjects on the Internet.
Often they annoy you. But on the other side you'll
may welcome them if they don't intrude too much, while
at the same same offering you something you really
would like to get.
No
matter what you think about pop-ups, it's a fact that
they're responsible for countless extra optin list
subscriptions and orders. Subscriptions and orders
that probably wouldn't be placed if it wasn't for
the pop-ups.
So,
no wonder that most Direct Response web sites use
pop-ups!

of the most popular pop-up generators is Steve Shaws,

first time I ever heard about PopUp Master Pro was
through Jonathan Mizel. Jonathan sold one edition
of this pop-up generator which became a huge success.
After
I had bought this version of the script myself, I
learned that the programmer behind the script was
Steve Shaw. However, I soon found out that Steve Shaw
had since developed PopUp Master Pro even further.
And his latest version of the program is PopUp Master
Pro 3 which has more features than ever.
PopUp
Master Pro is really easy to use, even if you don't
know very much about html and the more technical side
of the Internet.
As
I mentioned above, PopUp Master Pro has a lot of features.
In version 3 (the latest version) Steve Shaw has included
not just one, but actually four different versions
of the pop-up generator:
* OptInOver Generator
* Main PopUp Generator
* Popup Rotator
* Auto-Optin Popup Generator
Steve
Shaw has made it easy for his customers to know exactly
how to generate pop-ups and place them on their web
sites. I really like the way he takes his customers
'by their hands' and show them exactly what to do.
One
important aspect to mention is that the pop-ups generated
by one of the four built-in generators in PopUp Master
Pro - namely the OptInOver Generator - don't get "killed"
by the pop-up killer programs that get more and more
widespread. This has been one of the main disadvantages
in some of the older pop-up generators.
Note
- Despite
the fact that the pop-ups generated by PopUp Master
Pro can't be "killed" by the pop-up killer
programs, it's of course important that you don't
misuse the pop-ups you generate. Pop-ups can be highly
effective, provided you use them correctly. But if
you misuse them, a lot of your visitors will probably
stop visiting your web site. So, be careful how you
use such a splendid tool as PopUp Master Pro.
The
built-in generator makes it really easy to make your
own pop-ups exactly like you want them to be. In the
generator you just fill in the text you'd like to
have in your your pop-up, it's dimensions etc. When
you're done, click the Next-button, and on the next
page you'll get the pop-up code to copy and paste
on the web page where you'd like to use pop-ups.
Steve
Shaw has included several templates and examples,
so that you can quickly get an impression of what
you would like your pop-ups to look like.
But
if you need even more help, Steve has enclosed four
extensive help PDF-manuals (one for each of the pop-up
generators) that'll help you step-by-step to work
with PopUp Master Pro.
And
if that's not enough, you can contact Steve Shaw directly.
But considering the detailed and extensive help files
he has enclosed with the PopUp Master Pro, I think
you'll be able to fix almost all problems on your
own.
In
short, the buyers of this program get all the help
they can hope for, which is very important in my experience.
One
really helpful and excellent feature in the generator,
is the preview screen which you'll find at the bottom
of the pop-up generator. You can use this preview
function you'll spare a lot of time fixing errors
and making changes to your pop-ups. This preview function
is really, really great, in my opinion.
At
every point in the pop-up generator, Steve Shaw has
added small pop-up help boxes you can click on if
you need help. This is a really fine feature in PopUp
Master Pro.
Finally,
I'd like to mention Steve Shaw's excellent customer
service. After you've gotten PopUp Master Pro, you're
not left on your own with a program that gets more
and more outdated as time goes by. Steve Shaw regularly
offers his customers new updates and features. This
is certainly not always the way you're treated when
you buy other software programs. Steve Shaw's customer
service is really one of the best I've seen so far.
Overall
assessment
This
is a fantastic piece of software. You'll get a lot
of features with this software program. And personally
I've gotten all the help and support I could possibly
hope for, when I got the product.
By
using PopUp Master Pro I found that I could easily
create both "normal" pop-ups, rotating pop-ups,
optin pop-ups (that look like a Windows warning pop-up),
and socalled pop-overs, which can't be "killed"
by the anti-pop-up software programs.
In
my experience, the program works like a dream. I could
easily generate the pop-ups exactly the way I wanted
them to be.
One
of the extra features in PopUp Master Pro, which I
found most useful, is the preview function. This function
really makes it easy for me to give each new pop-up
box exactly the graphic look I want it to have.
All
in all this is an excellent software program! And
compared to some of the other expensive pop-up generators
on the market, you really a lot for your money.
So,
if - like me - you use pop-ups on your web site, I
can almost guarantee that you'll really like this
product.
In
short, this is a really great product!
